Viscose silk

What do you not know but you should know about viscose (viscose silk) ?

Actually, you know little or one can say almost nothing about it…why?

It is not true, you know everything or at least very much, but no one has made You aware of it so far that this knowledge involves and concentrates on this modest but fantastic fiber. That is not only the  knowledge but also the entry to health lifestyle and being ecological because Viscose plays the role of introduction to them.

But…, let’s go one after another:

It is not fiction at all or consecutive advertisment slogans which You are certainly resistant to and does not affect you because You fed up with the exaggeration and falsification every day.

VISCOSE – viscose silk IS NOT THE EXAGGERATION, THE FACTS ARE LITTLE, TOO VERY LITTLE WELL-KNOWN BUT SO FANTASTIC FOR US,

so open up and READ IT CAREFULLY because owing to that You will change Your, often not easy life making it more friendly and comfortable in spite of all adversities. You will gain a brand new, but how sincerely favourable and nondemanding friend which is – You know about it well – very difficult to find now;

IT IS WORTH I ASSURE YOU:

  1. Viscose is a cellulose fiber of natural origin, acquired accordingly to the special process of the treatment of wood pulp of spruces (containing from 40% to 53% of cellulose). The chemical treatment is aimed at “the improvement of natural engineering of nature” by gaining the pure form of cellulose fibers which constitute the main component of commonly occuring trees and plants specialised in terms of natural functions in a very beneficial way, even perfect to subsequent applications on usable fabric – VISTEX®, PRODUCED ONLY BY MEWA PLANTS in Bilgoraj. The cellulose fiber which occurs in nature plays a key role both in the building, highly vegetal specialized function and nutritively-growing function of trees and plants (the transport of water and nutrients essential for bodily functions from roots due to the osmotic and capillary properties of cellulose fibers).

Unnecesary fillers of wood tissue – lignin, pectin and other are later eliminated in the chemical process by dissolving. Lignin is a very important component of living wood and the plant tissue desirable to maintain and stabilize the moisture in it, regardless of seasons and the outdoor temperatures, and completely unnecesary, even adverse in the target usage i.e. for manufacturing of underwear from where the need to improve nature is mentioned above.

  1. The appropriable advantages of viscose fibers of natural origin known as viscose silk are obtained as a result of chemical treatment process which arise mainly from these same natural properties as in the environment of nature from which they are derived i.e. :

a) the hygroscopicity / the hygrophilous environment domain, the sorption – directly resulting from the features of the natural cellulose fibers from it is derived; they absorb moisture very easily and quickly and in a way that is inaccesible for other fibers performance; the moisture absorption capacity was determined to 25% of fiber volume.

b) the conductivity capillary (capillary), conductivity and diffusivity of the absorbed moisture; unlike the absence or low psychical activity (and chemical) of silk fibers or cotton viscose has an outright advantage over them that is inacessible for other fibers and that not only takes it over very fast but later in this same way it effectively transports the absorbed moisture (human sweat) without stopping it expelling it later from the volume mass of fibers that it practically and immediately separates/eliminates the discomfort of feeling sweat and induces an objective feeling of coolness caused by evident, natural  phenomenon of the loss of absorbed heat along with eliminated sweat.

c) the thermal conductivity, viscose is one of the few fibers which is not only a very good coefficient of thermal conductivity but also have the dual “nature” in this respect i.e. this parameter undergoes an intensification during viscose fabric sweating (accompanying with elevated temperature of body), thereby encouraging the favourable elimination of heat excess and it decreases (increases its insulation) when the fabric is dry favouring the preservation of normal physiological temperature which inclusively permits to maintain a comfortable microclimate for body wrongly reserved only for knitwears made of very expensive thermo-active fibers !

d) hypoallergy (indirect prevention of allergy by blocking the direct factors favouring the development of bacterium and fungus; VISCOSE mechanisms of action in this respect are also very natural, simple, yet very efficient and they result from two significant and characteristic features occuring in nature but also corresponding ones for a pure fiber very  close to natural which was obtained in a special process.

Physical mechanisms; The above-mentioned fast-acting mechanisms of capillary and thermal conductivity  lead to elimination of coincidence of two main factors favouring the development of allergenic bacteria i.e. temperature and humidity (sweat) by its equally fast absorption and excretion/ seperation it from human body along with the absorbed heat; anti-static – viscose fiber is not electrified so that it does not attract and store the allergenic dust (cointaining mites and bacteria) which much more predestinates it to hypoallergenic knitwears (for allergy sufferers and children) and medical clothing.

–   Chemical mechanisms – the cellulose fiber of natural origin which is chemically produced and selected, unlike to fibers generally manufactured and used in knitting, is practically “virginally” clean i.e. free from very harmful, potentially alergenic and even toxic elements of heavy metals, acidic or alkaline compounds and many others which accompany the fibers of artificial origin to a lesser or bigger extent; The Textile Research Institute in Łódź stated   that PH reaction of viscose fabric is on 6.3 level, while PH of human skin is on 5.5 level which confirms a friendly nature of fabric for its users; VISTEX® fabric has also    received a certificate “Safe Children” of Textile Institute, confirming its friendly and safe features for users requiring a special care.

e) stability – is raised using polyamide fibers (PA) acting as “skeleton – carrier” of viscose and increase the flexibility of knitwear. The viscose fibers mover (PA) are located inside the structure of fabric and are not in direct contact with the user’s body so that fabric fully retains its natural, neutral and friendly values almost directly “from nature”, its stability and biological resistance in terms of usability are more important featuresthan normal  stability of viscose which result from above-mentioned hypoallergenic qualites that due to them the underwear prevents odors of sweat characteristic for the development of bacteria and fungi.

f) the relaxation – VISTEX® fabric made of viscose fibers acts naturally, not only due to the fact that the source of fibers is nature but also for the reason that knitting is held on knitting machine which technology of knitting allows for completely “natural” stacking and adjusting to the human body without artificial contortions, skews, undulations e. “Manners” characteristic for knitwears produced on a very common round crochet machine, which in addition require an artificial cutting of arisen sleeve, not necessarily in the place where it needs a technology of cut of freely created underwear; the conoisseurs and users of knitwears choose them from flat knitting machines for the severy features.

g) softness, mellowness and delicacy (the features of silk and cotton).

Many people has been convinced about all this in a very practical way by purchasing underwear and clothing made of viscose fibers.  Just after the first experience You will find it irreplaceable.

So keep to be on time and choose the future. Get dressed in VISTEX®
just for yourself as it fashionable, healthy and ecological as well.

Do you know that:

The main constituent of cotton is cellulose because there is aproximately 98% of it inside… Is this fact not surprising for you?

Actually, it should definitely make you surprised because the cotton does not have, however it seems that because of its composition it should at least have these same, irreplaceable properties of VISCOSE.

Well, I will promptly explain that the cotton flower, from which the cotton fiber is produced, in contrast to VISCOSE fibers, was not made of cellulose fibers – highly specialized as wood cellulose fibers because cellulose fibers of cotton flowers naturally do not need such functions in nature therefore they do not have identical features just like viscose fibers, which owing to that they have an obvious and outright advantage over them.
